He specializes in the whole gamut of ideating, innovating, operationalizing, monetizing and retaining the interests of stakeholders, scale-ups and established organizations. He is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Bangalore University and has a Master’s Diploma in Software Science, from Tata Unisys Limited Education Center, India.

Swami has worked for elite technology brands like Microsoft, Oracle and Sierra Atlantic and an alumnus of IIM-Calcutta.

Ajay Thota is a senior engineering leader with 20+ years of experience in production development and delivery with expertise in building products and high performing teams from the ground-up.

Ajay spent 15+ years at AT&T, New Jersey, USA leading multiple products involving network optimization, strategic planning & business integration which streamed lined end to end business processes and helped drive revenue growth and reduce time to market.

Ajay led digital transformation efforts at CDK Global. Holds a MS Degree from NIU, USA and B.E from Osmania University. Ajay is an AWS certified solution architect.
